1) How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered. We send letters, small packages and parcels ranging in weight from 100g up to 20kg. Shipping rates may periodically change, depending upon USD to RUB exchange rate.
2) Why did we choose Russian Post service for delivery?
As opposed to other express mail services, Russian Post offers low rates for international delivery. We strongly encourage registered mail as we will not be able to assist for lost/delayed mail. Russian Post makes the delivery at 190 countries, except restriction zones.
Please contact us if you prefer other services - we are also working with EMS, MBE and PONY express.
3) How long is delivery time?
It usually takes about 10-18 days for airmail. In some cases delivery time may vary due to traffic congestion, adverse weather, acts of custom inspection, etc. Please understand that these situations are beyond our control.
4) How much is import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. Item can be marked as "Gift" and declared low value to minimize buyer's custom tax. If we send you a letter - this form of correspondence does not require a customs declaration form.
5) I have a problem with PayPal payment processing.
Due to new regulations on Russia's territory from April, 2014 we cannot transfer funds from business accounts to business accounts. Please contact me to solve this problem, if you're trying to make a payment from business PayPal account. You can always make a payment using debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
6) Return and refund policy
If you unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days after receiving it. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If paid goods will not be delivered to you because of the fault of the delivery service, I will return your money or send a new parcel. Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 65 days from posting date and tracking info approves that.
please note! We can assure you we have never lost any packages (sometimes there are delays, but they always arrive).
